Our malls are conveniently located near MRT stations and bus interchanges in populous residential estates like Bedok, Yishun and Woodlands. Thus, our malls enjoy healthy and steady shopper traffic from families, students, commuters, working professionals, among others. Northpoint, for example, attracts more than 3.4 million shoppers per month!

As a mall operator, we strive to offer vibrant and exciting shopping experience to our shoppers by offering diverse mix of retail shopping, food & dining, lifestyle & entertainment and personal care services within a comfortable and pleasant environment. As mall owner, we want to be a fair and value-adding landlord to our tenants through competitive lease rates, upkeep and enhancement of our malls. In short, we strive to be the mall of choice to our tenants and shoppers.
